Record Redemption Fees
This feature can be used to add any additional redemption
costs, insuring costs, and or Mortgagee Notice Costs.
Navigate:
Lien Processing → Return Check Processing
The Record Redemption Fees menu will be found under the Lien
Processing tab. Follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Enter details for Redemption Costs
Select the correct tax year and
Property ID. The ellipsis can be used to
search for the correct property.
Enter the Correct Description and
the cost for the account. Be sure that
the Update EB2Gov checkmark is selected.
This will allow data to cross into EB2Gov.
Step 2 – Record data
When all the data has been recorded
inside the menu, click on the Record button. This will create the cost onto the Lien
account, as well as post to EB2Gov if the checkmark is marked. You will receive a popup stating the cost as
been recorded onto the account.
