Transfer Invoices

This feature is used to transfer an invoice that was entered into one account into a different account. 

Navigate:

Invoice → Transfer Invoices

The Transfer Invoice menu will be found under the invoice tab.  Follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Enter the First Account with the Invoice(s)

The top section labeled as From is used to enter the account that has the invoice.  Search for the account that has the invoice is located.  Use the ellipsis to search using one of the following:

·  Account ID

·Property ID

·  Service ID

 

When the account is selected, the menu will list all invoices tied to that property. 

Step 2 - Selecting invoice(s) to transfer

Double-click on any invoices that need to be transferred.  Notice when the invoices row is now Bolded.  This will indicate that the invoice is selected.  Multiple invoices may be selected for one transfer. 

Step 3 - Enter the Second Account Receiving the invoice(s)

The bottom section listed To is used to enter the account that will be receiving the invoice(s) from the first account.  Use the ellipsis to search using one of the following:

· Account ID

· Property ID

· Service ID

Step 4 - Confirm Transfer Process

Once the invoice(s) have been selected and the accounts have been entered, click on the icon shown below labeled Transfer Selected Invoices.


A message box will appear asking for confirmation to transfer the selected invoice(s) from account one account to the other.  Select Yes to confirm the transfer.  You will receive a second message box showing that the invoices have been transferred. 

 

The invoices will now be under the Second Account.  Under the View Customer menu, search for the account.  The transferred invoices will now be located under the account.
